Hello world!

Welcome to my Blog, I am Claire, a mother of two boys whom are both home educated. I have recently been diagnosed with FND, PTSD, MADD and OCD. So we will explore each of this during my blogs but mainly i would love to invite you into my world and give you an insight into my life. I decided to start this blog as a therapy as i have been attending talking therapy and in the first session i was advised to write a “worry wall” I questioned this as someone with severe anxiety i thought this would just bring my irrational thoughts into reality if i wrote them down but that’s not what happened at all, it was liberating to see these thoughts written down and gave me a sense of freedom as though putting them on the paper allowed me to put them away giving me space in my mind to think about other things.

Following this session i hade three more sessions and with each one i identified some new skills that really helped me with my thought process, this lead me to setting up my planner and oh my god let me tell you its my pride and joy. So obviously expect some planner tips and tricks to be added throughout (when i learn them). This helps me balance my life with children, disabilities, budgeting and homeschooling.
